What are the costs? |

You pay-as-you-participate based on a partial hourly fee and a partial flat rate fee.
It is suggested that both parties share in the payment(s) – on a percentage decided by you – to encourage active participation.
The ultimate cost depends on your individual familial needs.
Typically --A legal Separation will cost: $2,000 - $3,000* --A Divorce will cost :$3,500 - $5,500* * plus court costs and disbursements If you desire pension distributions, additional fees would be required. |
